Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Leader! In this role, you will engage with retail partners and our account teams to promote and sell our delicious brands. This position is based onsite in retail stores, and you will work Monday through Friday, focusing on the Monroe, NY territory. We are seeking a results-oriented individual who uses a fact-based, data-driven strategy to enhance business. Your ability to deliver outstanding service and support to our partners will be vital in helping to provide families with our best offerings, all while expanding your knowledge and network. Your Role Highlights: The ideal candidate will reside within 45 miles of the Monroe area. This is a salaried position with opportunities for quarterly bonuses. You can select from our Fleet Program options: A Company Car complete with insurance and a gas card Auto Vehicle Reimbursement, allowing you to drive your own vehicle and be reimbursed for business use
Monthly stipends for cell phone usage will be provided. Your Responsibilities: Selling, Negotiating, and Executing Business Plans: Partner with key decision-makers and use analytical tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to create compelling business solutions that drive results for both our customers and Kellanova. Driving Results: Achieve necessary metrics like POS (Point of Sale) targets, call frequency, and maintaining an optimal shelf strategy. Building Relationships: Utilize innovative ideas and solutions to navigate challenges within the grocery sector. What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Agility in learning, problem-solving abilities, and strong negotiation skills. Proven track record of self-management in projects from start to finish, meeting goals independently. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, alongside strong interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record free of significant violations within the past 36 months. This role requires a significant amount of walking, standing, and carrying items (20-25 pounds), with possible extended hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $58,000 to $63,000, influenced by factors such as experience and location, along with potential discretionary bonuses based on performance.
