This role requires your presence in retail stores Monday through Friday. You will be instrumental in expanding our business in the Oviedo, FL territory. In this position, you will help our company become the partner of choice by utilizing a fact-based approach and working within a warehouse delivery model. Join us as we transform our sales strategies! Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Develop and implement business plans by collaborating with key decision-makers. Use analytical tools and insights to create compelling sales stories that resonate with customers. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators, such as Point of Sale budgets and call coverage, while maintaining optimal shelf placement for products. Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships within the grocery landscape by implementing innovative solutions to overcome challenges. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Problem-solving skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to influence others. Proven track record of managing projects independently from start to finish, achieving goals effectively. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, as driving is a requirement of the role. Willingness to engage in extended periods of walking, standing, bending, or carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds. Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges from $58,000 to $63,000, based on factors such as experience and location. Additionally, there is the potential for quarterly bonuses based on individual and company performance.
