Key Role Responsibilities: Utilize your selling and negotiating skills to collaborate with key decision-makers, leveraging analytical tools and business intelligence data to create compelling sales narratives that drive results. Achieve critical performance metrics such as point-of-sale budgets, call coverage, and effective shelf management. Build strong relationships with retail partners and implement innovative strategies to overcome challenges in the grocery landscape. What We Are Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving abilities, influential negotiation skills, and a self-starter attitude. Evidenced success in independently managing projects from conception to fruition, with the ability to meet objectives without constant supervision. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role. The ability to perform physical tasks, such as standing and walking for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy objects (20-25 pounds). Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $58,000 - $63,000, influenced by factors such as experience and skills.
