As a part-time Sales Lead, you will inspire and guide our boutique associates, ensuring an engaging guest experience that drives results. You will also play a key role in managing operational processes, including opening and closing the boutique. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and enhance your retail experience, including: Collaborating with the leadership team to boost daily sales, enhance performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback to the Boutique Team. Fostering a vibrant selling culture that empowers and engages your team, ensuring dedication to our guests. Planning, delegating, and monitoring tasks and activities while prioritizing guest satisfaction. Utilizing strong communication skills to connect with the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and Boutique Team. Upholding company policies and procedures consistently and fairly. Exercising creative problem-solving skills proactively, sometimes working independently.
