What You'll Do As a part-time Sales Lead, you'll play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our boutique associates to create memorable guest experiences while driving impressive results. Your responsibilities will also include operational tasks such as opening and closing the boutique. In this role, you'll gain invaluable leadership experience and enhance your retail skills through: Collaborating with the leadership team to maximize daily sales and improve key metrics through effective sales floor leadership. Fostering a selling culture that prioritizes building an engaged and confident team dedicated to exceptional guest service. Planning, delegating, and tracking tasks while ensuring our guests remain our top priority. Utilizing strong communication skills to connect with the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team. Supporting and upholding company policies consistently and fairly.
