Responsibilities: Engage with shoppers in national retail home improvement stores to discuss HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings. You will promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups, allowing our expert sales advisors to take it from there. Qualifications: Outgoing personality with a strong desire to engage with customers

Retail, kiosk, or sales experience is preferred but not required

Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Availability on weekends and some holidays

Access to reliable transportation

Professional appearance to represent the ARS brand impeccably

Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check

Attendance at weekly in-office meetings is required
