OVERVIEW: The Key Carrying Lead is essential in maintaining our brand standards and ensuring a positive teammate experience. Working with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, this position focuses on delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing valuable direction to fellow teammates. We are seeking individuals who can lead by example while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support store management in hiring and developing a strong team through in-store interviews and department tours. Promote a people-first culture by connecting with all store teammates to build trust and respect. Strategically organize and plan store operations 30 days in advance with guidance from management. Ensure brand standards are upheld by efficiently delegating tasks based on priority levels. Assist in opening and closing the store, handling cash office functions, and processing sales in compliance with regulations. Maintain company merchandising standards, including inventory presentation and pricing updates. Provide training and guidance to teammates on company procedures and programs, including onboarding of new hires. Ensure compliance with loss prevention strategies within your department. Engage in coaching and developing both yourself and your team, fostering an understanding of the importance of tasks and operations. Create an inclusive shopping environment where all teammates and customers feel valued and respected. Support various store tasks as assigned by management.
