Responsibilities Develop and grow a successful book of business through referrals and community engagement Provide clients with customized Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions Lead, mentor, and support a small team of producers or staff Maintain compliance with all company and state insurance regulations Oversee client satisfaction and retention efforts Collaborate with district leadership on marketing and growth initiatives

Requirement Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses Strong entrepreneurial mindset and financial readiness (approximately $100k in available capital) Prior experience in insurance, business development, or team leadership Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Financial stability and commitment to long-term career growth Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus
