Whether you are starting out or bring years of sales experience, you can earn between $16.00 and $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus the potential for up to $16,000 in annual individual commissions upon meeting sales goals. Perform exceptionally well, and you might earn even more—top achievers could make over $14,500 in individual commissions, allowing total annual earnings of $65,000+ to $73,500+! You’ll need to have: A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of relevant work experience or military experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided four weeks in advance. A readiness to take on additional shifts to maximize income during busy seasons. It’s even better if you have: Experience in a commission-based work environment. Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on finding solutions for customers. Customer service experience.
