Your Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with product information, styles, features, and benefits. Effectively resolve customer inquiries and maintain composure in a busy retail environment. Support customers across multiple channels to ensure a delightful shopping experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Assist with replenishing stock and managing inventory as needed. Communicate ongoing promotions and details about our brand loyalty program. Help maintain a safe and clean store to minimize losses through exceptional customer service. Ideal Candidate Qualities: A positive, solution-oriented attitude. Strong customer service and engagement skills. Professional verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You Can: Lift up to 40 pounds as necessary, with frequent bending and reaching. Stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders as needed.
