Who We’re Looking For: We seek driven and passionate Retail Sales Experts to help us continue providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales processes and state-of-the-art diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH. Preferred Qualifications: Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and most holidays. Expect a typical 4-5 day work week with opportunities to work 40 to 55 hours weekly. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, rearrange the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases into their vehicles. Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on enhancing customers' lives through our sleep solutions. Familiarity with state-of-the-art technology such as tablets, mobile POS systems, and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
