We are on the lookout for a Retail Sales Associate to enhance our team. This role involves creating a welcoming in-store shopping experience for our valued customers while also assisting with inventory management, maintenance, and various retail tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Keep the sales floor, checkout areas, fitting rooms, and stock rooms clean and organized to create a safe and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment for both associates and customers.
Assist with product launches and adjustments in line with company standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Process transactions efficiently to minimize wait times for customers.
Address customer service inquiries and issues with a positive approach, escalating concerns as needed to the Store Management for resolution.
Promote credit and loyalty programs by articulating their benefits and encouraging participation from customers.
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months in retail.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in technology such as iPads and registers.
Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours is essential.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
Skills & Attributes
Previous experience in retail is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and a knack for engaging with customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team environment.
