Store Name Mayfair Responsibilities We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team! The Retail Sales Consultant will create a welcoming in-store atmosphere, elevating our customers' shopping experience while assisting with merchandise management and maintaining store cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Ensure a tidy and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom, creating a safe and inviting shopping environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures to promote safety for both associates and customers. Support product launches by following company standard operating procedures. Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. Process transactions swiftly and accurately to minimize customer wait times. Address and resolve customer service issues positively, escalating to management when necessary. Promote our credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Required Experience & Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 0-2 years preferred, with a minimum of 6 months in a retail role. Comfortable using technology including iPads and registers. Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Meets physical demands of the role. Critical Skills & Attributes Prior retail experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to connect with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and team members. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork.
