Key Responsibilities: Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and sales. Become knowledgeable about our products and effectively communicate their features to customers. Achieve specific sales goals including units per transaction and average dollar amount per transaction. Stay informed about current promotions and merchandise. Maintain merchandising standards, assist with store displays, and ensure cleanliness. Process merchandise and monitor stock levels. Complete all transactions accurately at the POS register. Collaborate with leadership to enhance your skills and improve sales metrics. Follow local, federal, and company policies and standards. Demonstrate reliability through quality work, attendance, and appearance. Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
