As a Retail Sales Consultant at Torrid, you'll play a vital role in creating a comfortable and confident shopping experience for each customer. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that builds strong customer relationships and loyalty. Perform sales transactions effectively while leveraging your product knowledge to encourage add-on sales. Work a flexible schedule that may include holidays, evenings, and weekends. Maintain the sales floor to meet visual merchandising standards. Organize the stockroom to ensure a clean, inviting, and inspiring shopping environment. Requirements: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to excellent customer service. Fashion-forward mindset with awareness of current trends. Physical ability to stand and move during shifts, handle shipments, and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
