Retail Sales Consultant We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also handle various operational tasks assigned by the management team, including maintaining store appearance and presentation standards. Reports To: Store Management Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Welcoming Customers: Greet each customer with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm as they enter the store. Making Great First Impressions: Create a positive initial impression through a friendly demeanor and adherence to dress standards. Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store by following cleanliness standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Product Knowledge: Provide customers with relevant and current information about our products. Fitting Room Assistance: Deliver excellent service in the fitting rooms, following up promptly with customers and maintaining a tidy cash wrap area. Efficient Checkout: Ensure smooth transactions at the cash register, promote Gift Cards, and gather customer information for our database. Gratitude: Thank all customers sincerely for choosing our store as they make their purchase. Teamwork and Reliability Task Fulfillment: Complete all tasks assigned by the management team effectively. Punctuality: Arrive on time and adhere to the scheduled work hours. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store objectives. Policy Compliance: Uphold all company policies and procedures. Housekeeping Duties: Perform necessary housekeeping tasks as needed. Performance Metrics Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your assigned Sales per Hour (SPH) goals. Additional Responsibilities Store Meetings: Attend all scheduled store meetings and related functions. Positive Company Representation: Maintain a positive attitude towards both the merchandise and the company. Inventory Contribution: Participate in periodic inventory counts. Other Duties: Accept and carry out additional tasks as directed by management. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift over 30 pounds regularly and remain on your feet for a minimum of eight hours during shifts. Qualifications Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Retail Background: Prior experience in retail is preferred. Team Oriented: Ability to effectively work as part of a team. Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
