Purpose of Position: As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be a key resource for our customers and the company, providing expert knowledge on products and installation while gathering valuable market feedback. Your role will include: Executing the sales process with excellence Implementing visual merchandising strategies Processing orders efficiently Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings Requirements: The qualifications outlined below represent the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary for this role. High School diploma/GED and a minimum of four years of customer service or sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Driver License preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Automotive experience preferred. Exhibit integrity and inspire commitment in others. Demonstrate dependability and strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet usage, electronic calendars, and email communication. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Quickly learn and understand our diverse products and services. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
