Your Role: Foster a service and selling culture to build lasting customer relationships. Develop expertise in our product categories and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction and customer information capture rates. Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements. Maintain merchandising standards and assist with store upkeep and display maintenance. Process merchandise deliveries and replenish floor stock as needed. Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain accountability at POS registers. Actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and improve store metrics. Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws, as well as company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management and demonstrate excellent attendance and appearance.
