You'll report to your Store Manager, taking guidance from the Assistant Store Manager and fellow Specialists to thrive in a team environment. What You'll Do: Engage customers by explaining and demonstrating product capabilities while offering tailored suggestions. Meet or exceed customer experience, sales, and retention targets. Assist with store opening and closing procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately. Participate in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations. Support team members as needed for a cohesive working environment. Enhance product knowledge through regular training on both current and competitor offerings. As part of our customer-focused team, your targeted total compensation will be $50,708 annually, with top earners making over $65,735 . While starting off at an hourly base rate of $17.00 , you can also earn commissions averaging $1,279 monthly. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience. Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage customers using a consultative, solution-based approach. Capable of building relationships and adapting to a diverse customer base. Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Physically capable of being mobile and demonstrating products for extended periods. Computer literate with a willingness to learn about products and services. Flexible to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift 25-50 pounds for managing stock room inventory. Preferred Qualifications: Some college coursework in sales, business, or management. One year of experience in a related field, such as Sales, Retail Sales, or Customer Service. Experience selling Wireless/Mobile products. Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken. This role also qualifies for an annual incentive/commission target of $15,348.00 .
