Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with customers in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner to understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate the full range of AT&T products and services, showcasing their features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of our technology, promotions, and service offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Handle sales transactions, process new activations, and assist with account management.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting with store operations and maintaining a clean and well-organized sales floor.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in mobile technology, consumer electronics, and telecommunications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
