As part of our team, you will: Utilize a proven sales process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system to sell premium mattress and bedding products. Provide a relaxed and educational shopping experience for customers, focusing on enhancing their lives through sleep solutions. Be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends, typically working between 40 to 55 hours a week. Lift up to 75 pounds, assist in resetting the showroom floor, and help customers load their mattress purchases into their vehicles.
