Mobile Experts meet key performance targets, including sales, customer experience, and quality metrics. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service and sell to customers while fostering loyalty through a top-notch customer experience. Utilize digital tools for customer interactions and onboarding. Participate in training focused on T-Mobile's in-store experience, skill development, and system knowledge. Maximize shift time by actively seeking information and staying informed about wireless innovations and technologies. Collaborate with T-Mobile team members across various channels, including business and customer service. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required). Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, ideally in retail. Essential Skills and Attributes: Customer Focus: Enthusiastic advocate for customer satisfaction, committed to creating genuine connections while effectively balancing performance goals. Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset, ready to join the T-Mobile store team by learning from peers and leaders while providing solutions for customers. Sales Mindset: Motivated self-starter with the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting. Additional Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $20.00 Annual Incentive Target: $9,360. Actual earnings may vary based on performance and full-time status. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Plus, every employee has access to an Annual Stock Grant!
