As a Retail Sales Associate, you will: Enhance product visibility by building displays and end caps, rotating products on shelves, and tracking inventory to ensure optimal sales opportunities. Engage with Key Decision Makers during your store visits to foster strong relationships and support business growth. Achieve specific Key Performance Indicators each reporting period to measure your success. Travel throughout your assigned territory to complete scheduled store visits effectively. Accurately and promptly submit reports detailing your daily activities. What we provide: Attractive compensation of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. You possess excellent communication skills, are receptive to coaching, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering results. Previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is highly desirable. You are comfortable performing physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs., and you'll utilize a company-provided tablet for work documentation. Reliable transportation is essential, and you should be capable of traveling independently within your assigned territory.
