The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store's appearance. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing cash register transactions, being an expert on store inventory and weekly deals, and assisting with freight logistics and merchandising. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push and pull up to 35 pounds.
