Position Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and responding to customer needs with empathy and care. Welcoming customers warmly, making eye contact, and assisting them in locating items they need. Handling cashier duties accurately, managing cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies. Maintaining the sales floor through restocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring pricing accuracy. Assisting with opening and closing store routines as required. Providing support across all store departments, including pharmacy, photo, and beauty, to ensure seamless operations. Embracing and promoting CVS’s health services and loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer wellness. Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 35 lbs occasionally. Close visual acuity for tasks like reading and inspecting merchandise. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $19.00 per hour, with actual earnings determined by factors such as experience and location. Why Join Us?
