Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your primary responsibility will be to understand and meet the needs of our customers, guiding them to the perfect products for their requirements. You will play an integral role in delivering outstanding customer service, contributing to a positive atmosphere in the store while building lasting customer relationships. Your commitment to providing personalized and knowledgeable assistance ensures that every customer leaves satisfied and excited to return. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and achieve personal sales goals. Be an active presence on the sales floor, engaging customers and demonstrating effective selling techniques. Keep the sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room clean and organized to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. Exemplify Kindthread Core Values consistently. Maintain strong visual merchandising standards. Essential Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant experience; a minimum of 6 months is preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet personal and store sales goals consistently. Flexible availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-Time hours: 12-29 hours weekly. Preferred Skills and Abilities: Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and drive sales. Collaborative skills to work effectively within a team. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Physical Demands: Constantly standing and walking. Regularly reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. Frequently stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds. Occasional climbing of ladders and step stools.
