As a Sales Partner , you will engage with customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while showcasing your expertise in sales, product knowledge, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Foster a customer-focused selling culture to build lasting relationships. Become a product expert, sharing knowledge about features and benefits with customers. Aim to meet goals including units per transaction and customer information capture rates. Stay informed on current promotions and merchandising standards. Assist with merchandise processing and floor stock management. Efficiently complete sales transactions while maintaining accuracy at the register. Work with the store leadership team to identify areas for skill development and improvement. Comply with local, state, and federal laws as well as company policies. Maintain high standards of work quality, attendance, and appearance. Qualifications: Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work extended hours when required.
