Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Greet and thank every customer with a smile, provide fast and friendly service, and handle concerns effectively. Merchandising and Sales: Implement merchandising activities, maintain product pricing and promotions, ensure shelves are stocked and clean, and keep the environment welcoming. Communication: Engage professionally with customers, vendors, and team members to enhance store operations. Team Collaboration: Work together with your colleagues to efficiently serve customers and comply with all regulations. Technology Utilization: Operate point of sale systems, complete shift reports, and perform accurate mathematical calculations. Training and Support: Assist in training new staff on policies and perform loss control tasks related to cash handling and merchandise sales. Job Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. A friendly and customer-centric attitude with a love for a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation to the workplace. Ability to perform mathematical calculations and learn technical systems. Willingness to complete necessary food safety training and certifications. Physical ability to move products in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds. We seek individuals who can remain on their feet for extended periods and possess strong communication skills in English. Preferred Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service or retail sales.
