Position Summary: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the complete operations of the assigned store, focusing on customer service, sales transactions, and merchandise management. Key Responsibilities: Process sales transactions efficiently using the cash register while maintaining cash security. Ensure a high level of customer service through friendly and cooperative interactions. Assist with receiving and unloading merchandise as it arrives. Participate in store merchandising efforts. Follow all company policies and procedures for safe work practices. Maintain a positive and approachable attitude while working with customers, co-workers, and supervisors. Qualifications: Basic math skills to facilitate accurate cash handling. Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer interactions.
