Assist customers in finding the perfect products that match their needs. Process transactions during checkout and handle buy online, pick up in-store purchases. Maintain merchandising, pricing, and sales floor replenishment standards. Participate in freight processing and truck unloads as necessary. Contribute to a safe and welcoming shopping environment. Experience & Skills You Bring: A positive attitude and commitment to a collaborative culture. Retail experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to initiate engaging conversations with customers. Minimum age of 16 years. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50. Both full-time and part-time associates are eligible for the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service. Paid sick leave is available to all associates, while full-time staff also receive vacation and paid holidays.
