Here's what our compensation package looks like: Base Pay: $16/ h r depending on experience Commission Potential: Earn $5–$8/ hr extra with Wax Pass sales Additional Performance Bonuses: Up to $90 per pay period Average Total Pay: $19–$24/ hr : Entry-level or early career in retail/hospitality $23–$30/ hr : 1–3 years' experience with a proven sales track record
