We specialize in bringing products and services directly to customers through in-store promotions and one-on-one engagement. Our team currently promotes wireless services, streaming packages, and home improvement products, helping customers find the right fit for their needs while driving brand awareness and client growth. Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail stores. Your day begins at our local office with a morning meeting to review goals, training, and assignments. From there, you'll travel to your designated retail location where you'll interact with customers, explain product options, and complete enrollments or signups. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Attend a mandatory morning meeting at our office to review goals and receive location assignment Travel to your assigned big-box retail store location Set up branded marketing displays and materials inside the store Greet and approach customers to discuss wireless, streaming, or home services Clearly explain pricing, features, and current promotions Assist customers with sign-ups, upgrades, or plan selections Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Provide feedback from the field to the management team Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the day What We Offer: Hourly Pay: $13–$18/hour (based on experience and performance) Commission Opportunities: Uncapped earning potential Weekly Bonuses: Based on performance W-2 Employment: Full employee status (not 1099) Paid Training: No experience required—we'll train you from the ground up Career Growth: Opportunities to move into leadership and management roles Supportive Team Culture: Collaborative environment with hands-on mentorship Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Must attend daily morning meetings at our office before heading to the field Must be available to work inside assigned retail stores Comfortable standing, walking, and engaging with customers for several hours Must consent to be contacted regarding your application Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Equal Opportunity Employer:
