Essential Functions: Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, showing compassion, and resolving potential issues effectively. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist them in locating additional items as needed. Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in deliveries, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed by the store manager. Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities as required. Provide assistance across departments, ensuring all areas, including photo and beauty, are well-stocked and operational with current services and tools. Support pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development opportunities. Promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that help people on their journey to better health. Required Qualifications: At least 16 years of age. Physical Requirements: Ability to remain upright on feet for prolonged periods. Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and performing negligible force regularly to move objects, including overhead lifting. Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small details. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 20 Time Type: Part-time Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate and may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
