We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with various tasks including merchandising, stocking, and handling transactions. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including back stock areas. Utilize effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations. Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. *
