We believe  Running Changes Everything . If you believe that, too, we want to talk. With 7 stores and a robust e-commerce site, Fleet Feet Cincinnati is the largest running retailer in Cincinnati. Catering to more than runners, we pride ourselves on having an inclusive environment! We believe it’s a privilege to serve and remain committed to delivering unmatched service and support when outfitting customers in everything they need to have a successful run, whether that’s introducing them to their new favorite running shoes, socks, or gear, or inviting them to our next training program run. We like to keep things high-spirited, fast-paced, and fun. We don’t mind wearing more than a few hats and stepping in to help out wherever is needed. Our team is a group of knowledgeable and hardworking individuals who work, sweat, and live passionately. Responsibilities:

As an  Outfitter , you are the  heart and sole  (pun intended!) of the Fleet Feet experience. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service while recommending gear and products that help customers achieve their goals—no matter what their finish line looks like. ​You'll be part of a dynamic, high-energy team that values relationships and thrives on making a difference in the lives of others. By listening closely, learning proactively, and offering personalized solutions, you’ll play a key role in building lifelong customers and creating an unforgettable in-store experience. Provide an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and attention

Build meaningful connections with customers, vendors, and teammates

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gear, products, and training programs

Support all store initiatives, events, and community outreach efforts

Maintain product knowledge to educate and inform customers

Stay adaptable and ready to go above and beyond as needed

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Uphold Fleet Feet’s core values and commitment to putting people first

Qualifications:

​Must be available to work 12+ hours per week Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment is preferred

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others

Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor

Adaptable, accountable, and proactive in learning and decision-making

Team player with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset

Willingness to go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members
