Your Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist with knowledge about our product styles, features, and benefits. Proactively resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment. Help meet customer needs through omnichannel assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Process transactions accurately at the point of sale. Assist in replenishing merchandise and handling shipments as needed. Communicate current promotions and loyalty programs effectively to customers. Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Qualities We Seek: A positive, solution-focused attitude. Strong customer service skills with a focus on engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, reaching, and pulling. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders. Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
