Your Role: As a Sales Associate, you will create a memorable shopping experience for our customers by: Sharing your passion and knowledge about our unique products Assisting customers in finding the perfect items Handling in-store checkouts and online pick-up purchases Maintaining merchandising, pricing, and sales floor standards Participating in freight processing and truck unloading as needed Contributing to a safe and enjoyable shopping environment What You Bring: We’re looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork Is open-minded and adaptable Demonstrates excellent communication and time management skills Can engage customers in conversation Can lift up to 40 lbs. While retail experience is a plus, it is not required. Additional Information: - Minimum Age: 16 years. - Hourly Pay Range: $16.50-$17.00. - Full-time and part-time associates are eligible for benefits after three months of service.
