As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team in various tasks including setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining excellent Guest Services as per Company Standards, driving sales through effective merchandising, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your key tasks will involve: Engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience Assisting in merchandising, pricing, and signing Operating the point of sale (POS) system efficiently Supporting loss prevention efforts to safeguard company assets Please note the minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The role is physically demanding and involves climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
