Position Overview: Winston Retail is hiring Retail Sales Associates for an exciting Pop-Up with a leading personalized gift brand at the Stanford Shopping Center!. In this role, you'll assist customers in finding the perfect gifts, share product knowledge, and drive sales through genuine, engaging interactions. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about helping people find joy in the little things.
Compensation: $20-22/hour based on experience
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Engage and connect with customers. - Suggest items and servicesto meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations - Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, safety, etc.) - Provide product and brand knowledge to customers - Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Preferred Experience: - 1-2 years of High-end Retail, Sales, or Customer Service - General retail operations or inventory management
Requirements: - Strong communication & organizational skills - Able to lift boxes up to 35 pounds - Ability to work a schedule that requires weekends
Shifts & Schedules available: - Days & evenings - Monday through Friday - Weekends only
