Total Care PLLC is inviting candidates for a sales associate position. We are a growing eye care practice in El Paso dedicated to providing patients with excellent vision solutions and stylish eyewear. We're looking for a friendly and motivated Optical Sales Associate to help patients choose the right glasses while delivering outstanding customer service. Ideal candidate should be bilingual. Responsibilities -Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames and lens options -Educate customers about lens features (progressives, blue light, coatings, etc.) -Ensure proper frame adjustments and fittings -Process eyewear sales transactions accurately -Meet or exceed monthly sales goals -Keep displays organized and ensure eyewear inventory is well-stocked -Support the front office team with patient check-in and scheduling when needed Qualifications -Strong sales and customer service background -Excellent communication and people skills -Detail-oriented with a friendly, professional attitude Preferred: -Prior retail experience (eyeglasses, vision centers, optical shops) -Knowledge of insurance billing (VSP, EyeMed, March Vision, etc.) -Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer: Competitive base pay + commission Paid training in optical sales and product knowledge Employee discounts on glasses and lenses Flexible schedule and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth in optical and eye care Incentive Pay: Commission or bonuses up to $500–$1,000/month, depending on performance.
