What You'll Do: As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and making the shopping experience enjoyable. Your duties include: Sharing your passion and knowledge for our products Assisting customers in finding the perfect items Processing checkout for in-store and buy online pick up in store purchases Maintaining merchandising, pricing, and sales floor standards Participating in freight processing and truck unloading as needed Contributing to a safe and welcoming shopping environment Experience & Skills You'll Bring: A positive attitude and a commitment to a collaborative and respectful culture Retail experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and time management skills A willingness to engage customers and initiate conversations Minimum Age: 16 years old Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
