Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and providing proactive solutions to enhance their shopping experience. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist them in locating products. Process transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash, checks, and credit card payments, following company protocols. Keep the sales floor organized by restocking shelves, assisting with vendor check-ins, updating pricing, and performing inventory management tasks as directed. Support daily opening and closing store operations as required. Assist customers in all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they have access to the latest services and products. Collaborate with pharmacy staff as needed, which may include taking shifts in the pharmacy for career development. Promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that align with our mission of enhancing health and wellbeing. Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs on occasion, with frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs. Close visual acuity for tasks such as using a computer, reading, and inspecting details. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail or customer service roles is beneficial. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Work Schedule: Part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 25 hours. Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
