Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with various operational activities and ensure the store remains inviting and organized, while also providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Proactively assist customers by resolving issues and addressing their needs. Help locate merchandise, inform customers about promotions, and ensure satisfaction throughout their shopping experience. Operational Excellence: Execute store visual standards and replenish stock effectively. Keep the sales floor clean and organized, ensuring product availability and appealing displays. Sales Growth: Minimize store loss through exceptional service and maintain cleanliness to enhance customer satisfaction. Strive to meet or exceed daily productivity goals set by management. Team Collaboration: Foster a supportive and cooperative environment with team members. Be adaptable in performing various tasks as needed and assist in training and coaching others. Qualifications: Demonstrated customer engagement skills. Ability to multitask effectively. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication skills with both customers and team members. Retail or specialty apparel knowledge is advantageous. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Willingness to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed by the business. Changes to availability must be approved by the Store Manager based on business requirements. Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $14.00 to $16.00, based on experience and location.
