We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will assist in driving sales for merchandise, shipping, printing, key cutting, mailbox rentals, notary, and much more. This position also involves packing boxes. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Safely packing items of all sizes ranging from artwork and antiques to clothes and shoes. Preparing Shipping labels, selecting carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Freight, etc.), and ensuring packages meet carrier requirements. Upsell products by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays. Handling payments, maintaining supplies, organizing inventory, and keeping the work area clean. Addressing damaged shipments, delays, or customer concerns. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Learn and do all of the services we offer (Packing, shipping, notary, mailboxes, office services, key cutting, office services, and more.). Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with shipping is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer communication. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Experience in merchandising and product demos is highly desirable.
