We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and shopping needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience. Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales. Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Experience with cash handling procedures is essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of merchandising principles and effective stocking practices as well as social media knowledge is a plus.
