Your Role: As a Retail Sales Associate, your mission will be to delight customers by providing exceptional service and showcasing everything we offer for extraordinary gift-giving, entertaining, and decorating. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with our service standards. Stocking and merchandising products according to visual and safety standards. Processing transactions accurately as a cashier and maintaining register procedures. Keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized and efficient. Adhering to company loss prevention and distressed merchandise policies. Performing general housekeeping duties as directed by management. Physically unloading trucks when necessary. What We’re Looking For: We appreciate a can-do attitude and a commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, and respectful culture. While 1 year of retail experience is preferred, it is not required.
