What You’ll Do: As a Retail Sales Associate in St. Louis, you’ll help customers find the right mattress for a better night’s sleep, while building a rewarding and long-term career.

Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized, one-on-one service to customers. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom. Collaborate with your team in a positive, high-energy environment.
