Job Summary: The Retail Sales Associate is the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and store profitability. Key Responsibilities: Unload and stock merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-displayed and organized. Assist customers in locating items and provide exemplary service. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and assist with store displays. Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend plan-o-gram layouts. Basic math skills and cash handling experience. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, bending, and kneeling. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 55 pounds occasionally.
