We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective merchandising and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer knowledge and interest. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising strategies. Stock shelves and ensure that products are replenished as needed to meet customer demand. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
