We're looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide excellent service, assist with product selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and excited about helping people find what they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with questions, recommendations, and purchases

  • Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organize displays

  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous retail or customer service experience a plus (not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Basic math and computer skills
